Copying another Vbulletin forums!

Hello, I have a Vbulletin website running. But the design and how it works is totaly rubbish. I saw some other vbulletin forums that are nicely designed and everything is placed in a good way. I want someone to copy me another vbulletin website design. I already own a vbulletin forums license. what we will do is. Delete all the forums and start them from the basic uploading files. We will make the vbulletin installtion, then we will head back to the website we want to copy. We will firstly copy the theme (I just want it different color). then we will copy what's placed inside the forums like advertising, facebook like, tabs..etc Aswell I want a feature in my vbulletin forum in which there is a button you will donate to paypal which worth $5 for 5 years membership on the forums. When you buy the membership you automatically get ur user transferred to a donater rank. This donater rank have some features where i will do it by myself. Thanks,
