Copy of landing page needed

Need a landing page template similar to this:- [login to view URL] Content will be changed by me at a later date. Tried copying it myself (see attached file) however I had layout problems that I couldn't solve, including; 1. Page became aligned left, needs centering as per original page. 2. Tabbed table near bottom displays all content. Needs to be as per original. 3. Not all background images are displaying correctly. Should be as per original. I also need worker to also include a brief description of which areas of code they had to change. This should only be a 5 minute job for anyone with experience. Thanks
