Convert a wordpress site to a responsive buddypress theme

I would like to convert my existing wordpress website (current theme grapheme) to a responsive buddypress and bbpress compatible website. I would like the new template to be light (but still not lacking style) with a loading time of less than 2 seconds. I have already installed and tried the following themes: Buddypress default theme, Frisco, Bounce, TopBusiness Pro and BuddyPress Corporate. I have some problems with each of these themes. For example, BuddyPress Corporate is light although I am having a problem with the layout. Frisco has a problem with the mobile subnavigation menu options not showing up and TopBusiness could be a little faster. I am open to other (fast loading) BuddyPress compatible responsive professional themes.
I need to have the following accomplished:
1. My current theme (grapheme) has a child theme with [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view] files. They accomplish the following:
a) modify the functioning of the plugin Whisper Comments Reloaded.
b) modify the comment count; i.e. output the number of public comments and private messages
c) remove private details from comment notification emails (such as comment author’s email address, IP and who is information)
d) remove the public option from the buddypress group creation process
e) remove the public option from the Buddypress Docs plugin
I would like the code in my child theme to work with the new theme.
2. I would like to have a login and register link in the header of the website. The wordpress admin bar is fine although I want it to go well with the theme. I like the functionality of the “Howdy” part of the admin bar and would like to keep it for logged in users.
