Convert a Template to a Website

Hello Bidders, Today I am offering you a new Project of one of my clients. The work is very easy and also interesting. We are looking for an experienced web developer and database programmer to build a secured, client-login website hosted on amazon web services with the following features: • CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CRM) - Customer relationship management suite. Clients contact information: company name, address, phone, email, url (ability to add more fields as needed) • CLIENT PROFILE - Self-serve for clients to complete their contact information: company name, address, phone, email, website, referred by. • DASHBOARD - Visually attractive compliance dashboard. Use icons that are identifiable with service provided. Ability to display the dashboard in Spanish. • SERVICES: - Service 1 - Service 2 - Service 3 - Service 4 - Service 5 • NEXT SERVICE DATE - The number of days until next service will count down inside the image. • SERVICE TYPE - Each area of service (service 1, service 2, service 3, etc.) will have its own gauge based on recommended frequency. • SERVICE DUE DATE - will reset and begin counting down after service is completed. • SERVICE BY DATE - will appear next to every gauge. • EMAIL REMINDERS - client will receive service due reminders with Approval Button. • CLIENT APPROVAL - Client can view dashboard and approve service from any mobile device. • HELP! BUTTON - click on button to talk/chat with a live operator that can provide help resolving any problem or need for service. • ORDER SERVICES - click to schedule service(s). Pick service type and service date. Add to cart, generate work order, receive payment or send invoice to client. • SERVICE CALENDAR - Jobs will be scheduled according to calendar availability. Calendar availability will be determined by the number of tech hours available on any given day. • SERVICE ITEMS LIST - Create a list of services offered. • CONTRACT - A services contract will be automatically generated with each work order. Contract will include terms of service, conditions, recommended service intervals, payment terms, etc. Contract is attached to every invoice with language indicating that client understand the terms of service. • ESTIMATES - click on service to generate estimate. Answer questions regarding service requested, generate estimate and send to client for approval. • SERVICE HISTORY - Service history is save to client profile for later access. • JOB ASSIGNMENT - Assign jobs to technicians as soon as work order is completed. • AFTER SERVICE REPORT - This report is completed by field tech. Summary of job completed, notes and recommendations. Report is uploaded to client profile. • NEXT SERVICE DATE REPORT - Ability to create report based on upcoming service dates. Reports will be used to schedule services, alert clients and create work orders. • EXPORT TO EXCEL & PDF. • ACTIVITIES CALENDAR - Create calendar showing active and upcoming jobs by tech.
