Convert OScommerce theme to Magento Layout

Our customer wish to go with Magento for their e-commerce application. This should be an easy straight forward project. Take the existing oscommerce colours and make them into a magento theme. - on the Magenot there needs to be an area to upload jpg files for customer work - Customer will insert all images, descriptions, details - however you will be responsible to add in the first 10 or so to get started and make sure the colours and layout work again, We will show you the oscommerce layout -and that needs to be converted to a similar look and feel in Magento
