Convert HTML template into SMATY driven website :: Valid xhtml / CSS

IF you DO NOT have experience with SMARTY Then please DO NOT waste YOUR time and mine! This is for Experienced Smarty Template Designers or Coders ... (... you might want to look it up [login to view URL] as most php sites run on some form of smarty either directly or on a cms which is based on smarty framework...) THE JOB ::: I am looking for some who have experience working with Smarty Template library to implement a web template into a smarty template driven website. For example The web template I might want to implement is here: [login to view URL] You will be required to slice this into different TPL (template files) I am attaching the TPL & View files ... I will give you access to the staging server via ftp ... If this is successfully done which I am definitely counting on then I am looking to do another 10 - 15 conversion a month (on the low end) My price for this project is $100 and turnaround is MAX 2 days! (so please quote your best price as I said I would want SAME conversions for different TM templates done atleast 10-15 a month if not more) **** I will ONLY pay once the completed product is delivered -- I have a few issues with escrow on here ***
