I have an advanced excel spreadsheet that I'd like to have converted into an online submittal form. The spreadsheet includes drop down menus, conditional formatting and image referencing. I have attached a sample of the form without pricing to this project. The actual file with additional information will be give at the awarding of the job. The first sheet (spec form) is where all of the input goes. (PData) is where all of the product information is stored. The other three sheets are output of the form. All of the data and functionality is already completed, so you would just need to translate it exactly as it appears on the spreadsheet.
