Complete my Directory Press Website

I am looking for an experienced professional who MUST be familiar with Directory Website builds. Please do not apply if you do not have this experience. This is very important. My website is with Directory Press Plug in. It is already semi-set up, installed categories etc but it is not looking how I want it to look. I need someone who can give me advice on this project so you must be well versed with Directory websites. I have questions such as, do I need a payment system set-up etc It doesn't look as presentable as I would like it to look and I'm looking for a professional to give me effective solutions and ideas and also implement these technically with the website.
