Complete Design and Programming of Deal-based Website

Looking for website design and programming. Possible logo design as well. We are looking for a site that has a minimalist feel to it however with similar functionality to deal sites like Groupon and Living Social. It should be pleasing to the eye with hints of blue and red in the website. The home page will simply ask for the users email and will not allow them to proceed without giving it. Once they have submitted their email the user will be brought to the site's homepage where a deal will be provided for them to purchase. When the user wishes to purchase the product or service they will then be able to type in credit card information and purchase the item. The site must respond by counting the amount of users who have purchased the good and reflecting that on the product's page. However, the site must also be able to trigger different results when certain thresholds are met in buyer volume. The users must also be able to easily post their purchase results on social networking sites. Finally, the site will have a polling section that will show up on every page, giving the users an opportunity to vote on a proposed question. After the users purchase their product they must be able to print out a coupon with a barcode. The customers will also be able to create a short extended profile if they desire.
