Clone website - easy job

Looking for someone to create a website for our company. The website should be a clone of or similar to [login to view URL] This is a relatively easy job however we do require all bidders to have: 1. a minimum of 2 positive feedbacks 2. Provide examples of 2 past works 3. Complete the work within 5 days. About the job: 1. Looking for clone or similar design/feel as - [login to view URL] 2. Winning bidder must extract most of the content from our existing website and fill in any ‘holes’ that may exist in this transition. IF YOU ARE BIDDING ON THIS PROJECT YOU SHOULD PM US AND ASK US FOR OUR EXISTING WEBSITE ADDRESS. 3. Files holding the content must be held in HTML, php, or txt (for easy editing) – content is information such as event details, personal profile descriptions, etc. Because this is a small job, we will escrow the money after we get a preview of the completed site. We will release the funds after all files and documents have been e-mailed to us. We are on a budget so we will only consider the lower bids!
