Clone of bidding site

Hi Everyone, I need a clone of rentacoder or getacoder with all functionlities but with different items to bid, i will give the details to the bidding teams later. I will prefer those having ready-made freelance script or having experience in doing such projects, it reduces the timeline. I will pay only at the end of the project, so please don't bid if you can't accept that. You can host in your own server or keep the code encoded if you want to safegaurd your interest. Reasonable bids will be considered only. I have also other projects with me, so I am looking for an individual/team who should follow the below conditions - 1. They should stick strictly to deadlines, no haggling for extra time after being chosen. 2. They should read and understand the project description fully before bidding, I don't want to waste time to expain each and every line. 3. Should give regular updates, at least when I will ask for it without any delay. 4. Should have designing as well as programming experience, no - 'I am a programmer, I can't design good' Any bidders willing to follow the above conditions are welcome.
