Client Portal for Project Management

We would be open to other suggestions, especially if you have already designed something like this before. DETAILS Using this template: [login to view URL] We want to host the final website on our servers. The template needs to be modified to become a Client Portal. GOALS 1. All clients will get a username and password to our portal. 2. The portal will be the main communication method for us to communicate with our clients. 3. Our clients all have an EVENT Date, for example a Wedding or Party Date. We need a Countdown showing the # of days left until the event date. 4. Client needs to be able to modify their profile, upload a picture, change details, etc. 5. On the left side in addition to HOME and MAILBOX will be the stages of planning: HOME MAILBOX STAGE 1 STAGE 2 STAGE 3 STAGE 4 6. We would like to change the background and colors. 7. Each stage will have the following sub-areas: Help Videos, Best Practices, Upgrade options and Tasks & Forms to complete. Each client will have the same exact content. 8. We need the ability to change the due date for each task within each stage. For example - STAGE 1 - TASK 1 - Sign Contract and Email to Us - Due Date: March 15, 2012 9. Each task must have a checkbox for the user to check when complete. If the task requires the user to complete a form then a form must appear and if the user needs to upload something then an upload option must be there. Each task could be presented in a VERTICAL ACCORDIAN so that each task can be expanded to show more information. 10. Automated Emails will remind user when tasks are due and late. After users complete tasks they should also receive confirmation emails. We just need a Freelancer to customize the template by: a. changing colors & background b. changing menu titles and sub menu titles c. make modules like video, tasks, etc with sample information like Task 1, task 2 etc. If Freelancer can show us how to customize and add more info from there we can upload all content. d. Install on our Server e. Setup automated emails. We can generate the content.
