We are a start-up company looking for a web developer/ designer to build us a Joomla classified ads website.
Clients who which to post an ad must register with the site before they, can post their ad. The site must utilize a email confirmation system for the registration. The site must have the language option of Dutch, English and French. There must be 3-4 banners included in the design.
Facebook and twitter must be integrated in the design. The client must be able to login with their FB account. The FB "likes" must be integrated with the ad posts.
The site must include the feature to charge for posting ads, and the client must be able to pay the charge by text message. The administrator must have the option to switch of the charging feature in the early post launch phase. A "thank you" email must be send to the client, after their payment which can be scripted by the administrator. The system must send a weekly email with special "feautured ads" to all the registered clients.
Active participation of the developer/designer in how the site is implemented is welcome.
