Chect out system improvment

Hi, I have to make some changes at the check out system. Item 1-7, is very simple. And Item 8 is a bit difficult( developer said I need to upgrade the VM for that). Because the developer I hired before is going to have a wedding and too busy, so I have to hire some else to do this. Please look at all items and tell me the price of it.I would hire you again if you did good job on this [login to view URL], my website is a brand new website. It includes 1. The coupon function [login to view URL] was there before. The developer did something by small mistake, it disappear. and he did not notice it. 2. The logos on the main page do not look good after log in. [login to view URL] is a log in function at the check out page. I tried my PC and could not use the user name and password to log in at the check out page. But with the same user name I can check out with the log in at the main page. 4. when you use the payment methods (not Klarna) the system said you have some errors and ask you for the personal number. PS. only the Klarna Konto/Faktura payment method need the customer to fill the personal number. [login to view URL] is two language system at my website(Swedish and englsih), now the checkout system is only in English. I want to change the text to Swedish in the Swedsih system. [login to view URL] the customer want to create an account at the checkout page, they can choose the username and password. 7. If the stock is not enough for the purchase the checkout system will show to the customers.(now it seems not function like that) 8. As I post at this project. My website currently have a one page check out. But the system register the customer directly, automatically. It looks the customer checkout as guest in the checkout system. But actually after click some button on the check out system, they would get a registration email. Add the next time, they could not use their email again as guest to check out from the website.I want to have real guest check out. system would not create a account for the customers when they check out. they can use the email any time as a guest in my website.
