Captcha and changes in the backend needed

Hello, I'm able to add captcha to the form. And will add checkbox to each row in admin panel. So you can select one or more or all. Then press a button the approve selected ones. The per page thing. I maybe able to add a option in settings page in admin panel. So you can change it. Please let me know.
