CSS / PHP Template Cloning

I have a template I would like cloned in different color schemes, but also, the css elements must be completely renamed / re-ordered to produce a completely new / original style sheet. This is NOT simply a case of changing colors in the style sheet, again, I need each template to have differently named classes / id's, and be re-ordered as far as possible. This will require complete re-working of the style sheet, and .php template files. The template uses sliding doors for top tabs, new images would need to be created for didfferent color schemes. There is an image to mark active links in side menu that would have to be replicated in different color schemes. The css file is small, see attached. This should be an easy job for someone with CSS experience. CSS will need to be of a good standard, and pass W3C validation. Please provide details / samples of past css work.
