CSS Expert to fix alignment issue

My site is written in PHP 5 using CSS. I have an alignment issue where the top banner ad overlays the logo which is to the left of it. I need this fixed so that the banner ad is always right aligned next to logo. I need this to work in all browsers. There is potential for more work after this if you are also a PHP expert. Note: you must fix this issue inside the CSS file. I don't want any CSS inside the actual index file.
