CSS EXPERT REQUIRED!

Hi there, I require a CSS expert to complete some quick work within the next hour, Quite simple jobs; - Change Pagination - Rather than Just Next and Previous - Add numbers - Submit box - it saves previous submissions i.e if i submit "Hello" and submit word for "Heart" Hello will drop down due to cache. - When someone clicks setting add a drop down jquery option.
