CRE loaded website enhancement/New development.

Hi There, We have some enhancement in existing CRE LOADED Website. 1. PayPal WEBPRO... 2. New Logo Design.. 3. MetaTag for main page and all the product pages. 4. Address book enhancement.. currently we have extra shipping address which can not be same as the billing address... its working fine but we are not able to save it in our addresss book. 5. Few enhancement in "MY ACCOUNT profile" section.. [login to view URL] page design... we would like to have attractive main page.. We have set up new website... with vBulletin software..we want following enhancement/development to this site... 1. Logo design 2. MetaTag for main page.. and for all the products... 3. Set up CRE LOADED on the same site OR.. Make a mirror from the main site...... if we need to set up cre loaded on the second site separately then make common loggin for vBulletin and CRE.. 4. main page design... we would like to have attractive main page.. 5. if we setup new CRE store... please advice for payment gateway.. can we use same gateway as first site? we need very fast and reliable service for this project work.
