If I understood correctly: you have web form(s) where users enter their data and the form should send an e-mail upon the event but it doesn't? If I get the information needed to solve this issue it will take me about 4 days (incl. buffer) to do it. If there are any new developments or findings that don't allow me to finish on time I will let you know about them when starting the project.
