CMS To Edit Websites and add templates - AJAX Based

Hi,
I need a CMS to be able to edit websites with the following specifications:
It must be AJAX based and user friendly.
I am only looking for an existing project you made to modify it to the needs listed below:
Add templates (by admin) with pre defined styles and pages (menu/header/main positions, etc..)
User can change template for their website, a better feature is use the same template and allow user to change colors.
Inside each website the user can edit their website, add text or images.
Search function on each website.
Pre-defined pages such as - Contact form, products page (no cart needed)
Pre-defined features such as (turn on and turn off) - User comments on each page, show menu items in footer, etc..
Each website can have multiple languages.
Ability to add menu items.
And the admin panel to control the users and see their websites.
There are a lot of small features not mentioned here, please keep this in mind.
