Build wedding planner website - Joomla Template

Weeding planner needs a site to operate business. 1. CMS preferred is Joomla. 2. A template may be used but modification of the template must be compliant with joomla architecture so that future joomla upgrades are possible. 3. Site must feature a video player on front page 4. Video player must occupy slider position when being played. When stopped, slider should resume 5. All menu buttons must be image based. as shown  Home: An image of a castle or mansion  About Us: A folder of a wedding planner  Services: Wedding car/limousine  Packages: Gift wrapped up  Galleries: Set reception table/flowers with centrepiece  Testimonials: Wedding gown similar to above image  Contact Us: Phone box e.g. London phone box but in black and white 6. Images of menu buttons should be changeable in Control panel 7. Template must be responsive - accessible, readable, user friendly, navigatable and complaint to all mobile devices 8.
