Build webhosting cpanel supported website

We are starting from scratch. We need a programmer to create a website for our webhosting site. We are open to templates but would rather not use them. Tell us if your bid includes a template or is a unique layout. We want a clean and crisp approach--not too much fluff but enough to catch the eye. Create 5 pages: Homepage About us Contact Log in page Registration page We need cpanel setup and integrated into applicable pages. Provide users a log in/register option on the home page. Need graphics created using the cloudhogs theme (undecided on logo, open to suggestions). The logo should be simple and added to a banner. We need a graphic related to servers where our server specs will be listed. We will provide the wordage for page layout.
