Build an events listing website

I would like to build an events listing/ calendar website. The website needs to have following features; - the mechanism to post events by users, events managers, and the site administrators. - filtering features by location, dates/ months, event organizer, by categories of events. - Google Ads features - The ability to enter Ads manually - tickets selling facility. - compatible to be integrated with payment gateways. - Ability to integrate google maps - Mobile devices compatible - fully integrated with social media (facebook, linkedin, twitter, etc) - Every event and every event organizer with its own customizable page. - The events posted by user or events managers need to have approval process. - The user after registration should be able to select the types of newsletters to be sent to him/ her. - User signup - Newsletters - Ability to upload pictures & videos to the event by users. I require a mock site to be based on above requirements before awarding the project.
