Build a Website

Need to build a Daily Calender Website for events/locations that is going to be used by multiple users and WebBased API Each of the following Acceptance Criteria must be met in order to finalize the delivery of the request INFRASTRUCTURE - IIS must be used as the WebService - MySQL must be used as the backend database CALENDAR, EVENTS AND LOCATION - System must have the ability to add users and user groups (Ex. Administrators & Users) - Administrator must have the ability to create/edit/delete end users and passwords as part of the website - Administrator must have the ability to assign users to user groups - Administrator must have the ability to create/edit/delete a data element references a "city" through a web front end - Administator must have the ability to assign "city" to users ( Default - ALL) - - must have the ability to create/edit/delete data elements referenced as "Events" - must have the ability to update a probablity field to an event. (Ex probabality = 5) - must have the ability to create edit/delete a description as separate field to an event. - must have the ability to create/edit/delete data elemets referenced as "Event Types" to which Events are stored - must have the ability to assign events to event types ( save is not permitted without the assignment event to eventype assignment) - must have the ability to assign "Events" to a calendar day or a series of calendar days (Ex Jan 1st to Jan 31st will create 31 calendar entries) - must have the ability to assign "Events" to week day template (Ex Between January 1st and March 31st every Monday, Wednesday & Friday) - must have the ability to assign "Events" a start and end time (Ex StartTime 500p End time 800p) - must have the ability to save multiple events for a given day and time range - must have the ability to view calendar events by day, week or month - must have the ability to view events by event type and city (including all event types and city) - must have the ability to track which user created and updated events in the database - must have the abillity filter "Events" by "Event Types" on the calendar - must have the ability to geocode Event Location using google maps - must have the ability to edit/update/save event location using google maps to the database. - must have the ability to enter address (street no, onstreet, city, zip/postal code, country) and google maps will geocode and update the database - must have the ability to update a capacity field to a location ( Ex Capacity = 100) - must have the abilty to update a comments field at least 300 characters to a location (Ex. Comments = This is a great event) - must have the ability to only view data by city - must have logon verified to access website. API Must have the ability to build API that meets the following acceptance criteria - XML, JSON or HTTP request to an ip and port number - encyrpted security key put in place for all messages sent an recieved to prevent unauthorized queries. - Build a test web page that shows query and results. EVENT REQUEST QUERY (inbound)- create a request message that sends lat/lon, telphone number, radius and date that is also logged to a request table in the database EVENT REQUEST RESPONSE (outbound) - Respond with events parsed by ( EVENT NAME, EVENT Description, Event Start Time, EVent End Time, LAT, LON, Location Comment, Location Address) ordered by max probability score. LOCATION UPDATE - Create a request message that sends update location update ( LAT, LON, TELEPHONE, TIME, DATE, TELEPHONE NUMBER, SEARCHUSERS, RADIUS) store in database. Delete after 14 days LOCATION UDPATE RESPONSE - Create a request message that sends all available ( LAT, LON, TELEPHONE) when search users = yes and radius = (VALUE IN METRES)
