how it should work
1. people looking for property to rent or buy logs on to check for houses,location ,the picture of the house and the price etc

3. both the buyer and the seller have to register on the website with email to make it unique
3. a third party account i.e escow account has to be created to protect both parties in case of fraud/unsatisfactory transaction
4. a certain percentage is charge as commission
5. logo will be designed for the brand website
