We need the programming of a website with the following general characteristics:
1. Learning platform for 600 registered users. Either each user can create his account or an administrator does it, whatever is more simple.
2. The administrator can generate modules, this means flipbooks of one to four pages with embedded video from youtube and flash interactive non-evaluative activities.
3. The administrator can generate quizzes with 10 to 20 multiple-option questions. One per module.
4. The administrator can reset modules so users can take tests twice to improve grades if required.
5. The site needs to be in two languages (english and french) so the used can switch from one language to another at anytime. Modules would be uploaded with the assets in both languages (videos, activities, quizzes, etc).
6. All the translations and graphics materials would be provided by us.
7. The site can be based on existing platforms as long as it can be auto-administrated
