Also we do not post the portfolio and work examples publically to avoid other people copying it and claiming as their own. Hi. Does it have to be wordpress? I could build a web app with great interface in ruby on rails. It wiould be fast and cut for your needs. I'd start with building simple features one by one untill the app will be working as you want, and then I'd work on importing your existing data.
