Bitcoin & Altcoin Trading Platform/Exchange

Hi, I am in need of a website where users can buy/sell altcoins (LTC, DOGE, etc) in exchange for other altcoins as well as BTC. Minimum Requirements for this job: -You must have previous experience with cryptocurrencies (with altcoins & BTC) -Understand how an exchange works -Extensive background in web programming Things that I require on the site: -Live quotes (i.e. \'BTC/LTC 0.02595025\') -A list of all markets (i.e. \'BTC/LTC followed by \'change\', \'bid\', \'ask\', \'high\', \'low\', etc.) -Easy buy/sell forms where user can input a trade at their desired bid/ask and the trade will be automatically executed if/when the price reaches their input bid/ask -Current open trades (buy/sell) -Last 20 trade history (updated live) Literally everything on this platform has to be live, and changing with the action of the users the second new trades are executed.
