Build a basic website for a finance company. Logo to be given all other layout design, menus, buttons etc to be added by freelancer. Very basic, general information website with the most complicated thing needed being online enquiry forms and some tools for finance, e.g. (repayment calculators, stamp duty calculators, etc) Needs to be designed to be able to be easily updated by business owner who has medium pc/website experience. Initially only shell needs to be created with instructions on how owner can update information personally.
