I intend building web application using PHP. Will preferably want to use a PHP development framework such as CakePHP, Kohanna, CodeIgniter, Symfony or Zend so as to ensure strict MVC design. I have already designed the database schema. Data in the database is being populated automatically from other stand alone applications. All you will need to do is create views to display the data. I have all the interface designs for every page in the application and will just need to be integrated. This application will need login and basic ACL (access control list). Good knowledge of Ajax is a MUST. Knowledge of making dynamic graphs will be needed. Knowledge of making dynamic PDF documents will also be needed. Bidders must have prior experience with similar projects on Freelancer or else where but must provide proof. The exact requirements and specs will be given to the successful bidder.
