Build a Simple & Professional WordPress Website

Please be sure to provide an accurate work effort assessment and corresponding bid amount. I expect many versions and re-work to lead us to the final product(s). No bonus should be expected. Please read this project description thoroughly and in its entirety. I use milestone payments to pay freelancers. I will allocate all monies over seven milestones. Project To create a professional and high quality website per our design template. Scope The website will contain from 6 to 10 pages. All code must be SEO-friendly and compliant with all web standards. I need CMS for the website preferably WordPress not plain HTML. The final website design must be viewable on all browsers (mobile phones, laptops, tablets) and all screen resolutions correctly. I expect to test the site before this project is closed, so be prepared to host the site temporarily. I will provide the wireframe for the website and all the content. I need a person who can execute well and work with me to create the website exactly as I have it outlined in the wireframe including the background image. The winner will be chosen using the following criteria: Previous Work Completed, Feedback and Price. Once all the information is submitted, I expect the PSDs to be complete within seven calendar days (which includes the weekends). I would like it structured such that I can update the website in the future by myself. Essential Information By making a bid / accepting this project you must agree to all details outlined in my project description. If you do not agree with anything in this entire project description, please do not bid! Both parties are only to leave feedback when the project is 100% complete. You must supply a portfolio of work for your bid to be considered. I will ask New Freelancers to provide proof of their prior website building experience such as source code and PSDs. I will review the feedback, project scope, and bid amounts for existing freelancers. All work samples you submit will be checked to see if you are the person who actually completed the work. All correspondence/changes to be made within 24 hours of contacting/submission. Providers must be fluent with the English language. The provider must be detail orientated. Do not cut corners and pay attention to the smallest things / changes / problems. I expect nothing but a professional, impressive website when it is complete. You must be 100% proficient in all skills required to complete this project. Unlimited revisions until project is to be 100% completed as indicated by me. Any bids outside of my budget will be ignored, not read and made as "not interested bids" All files including the final files and website will be the property of the customer/me. The provider will upload all files to their web hosting to ensure website functions 100% before the final payment is made. My projects are tedious and require a particular kind of work ethic: diligent, collaborative, professional, communicative, tenacious, perfectionist and patient. If you are not prepared to work hard with me continuously over a sustained period, then please refrain from bidding on my projects.
