Build Payment system on Image Uploading Site

Hi Freelancers, We recently installed a script that allows every visitor to upload images. You can see the script at VisualBucks.com. Now on this script, we would like to have the functions of [login to view URL] added to VisualBucks.com. [login to view URL] is a website that allows people to upload pictures and earn money with it. We basically need all the functions of [login to view URL] added to [login to view URL] with the same design remaining on the website. So roughly, we need the following: - Logo (Saying VisualBucks, with an image of dollar bills). - Signup, Login. - Catalogue (recent images. - FAQ page ([login to view URL]). - Designed earn money page ([login to view URL]). - Payment system that calculates the amount of visitors and generates that into money that the user earned ([login to view URL] it has to follow these rules). - Statistics for the user, how much he/she has earned daily, weekly, monthly. - All the pictures of the user (when logged in), and how many visitors each picture has received and earned. - A simple SEO optimization (keywords) for search engines. - An admin panel that has full control of every user, image and cash payments. In the admin panel we would like to see how much we have to pay out each day. Also we would like to influence the pay. - Earnings have to follow the tier 1, 2, 3 ([login to view URL]) - Google analytics on VisualBucks.com. - The site has to a big image on the front page that attracts the person to sign up. This image shows that the site pays users if they upload pictures. - The warning problem above the website and when uploading has to be fixed, also all links to other websites ([login to view URL]) have to be deleted. So we are basically looking for an [login to view URL] clone. We need a Freelancer or a team that is involved in graphical design, website building and SEO optimization.
