Biild a simple website

Hi to all, I need a simple website, including development (admin + front page), design and some basic onsite SEO job (no google rank 1 needed :) . The website hasn't any complex functions. It has only 6 to 7 pages (home, about us, portfolio, recent news, contact us - with a contact form...). I'm making it for my customer. The freelancer that gets this job and makes it good, will get more projects on a regular basis, so for this one I'm interested in discount. What I expect: Portfolio of websites you have already done Both: development and design (If you are ONLY Developer or ONLY designer, pls don't bid) quality: valid xhtml code, no spagetti markup design: simple and minimalistic, but appealing and cool Motivation and determination, if I see you are doing the project half-hearted there want be any further projects.
