Basic 2 sided website design

Need a basic 2 sided website designed- Website will have both a front end and back end as follows: Front side will be approximately 3-5 pages of basic and query/searchable information. This consists of a welcome page, about page, contact page, and a page to create an account login to see the queried information (the query results should display similar to a basic spreadsheets of data). Similar sites to reference the front site similar to what we are looking for are as follows: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Back side of site will need to be as follows: Prospective administrative users will need to login to work to update the backend database which should be hosted online or at our location. It must be modifiable remotely wherever it resides. When data is added to the backend, it should update the front side information, etc. The current “seed” data for this website project resides in an Microsoft Access Database. We would like to continue with that format, but certainly not opposed to better solutions for the project. We are open to working with the technology best suited for this purpose. All freelancers must have at least a 3 star rating and must show a profile of previous work similar to what we are after. We will only look at those that have a history. What we need from you- 1. We need you to show us a history (your profile) of similar sites that you have designed. 2. Need you to explain to us the best way to utilize the Microsoft access “seed” database we currently have to be both workable on the back side and viewable on the front side. (server or online etc.) 3. An estimated bid price for entire project from start to finish. 4. An estimated time frame to implement this entire project from start to finish. 5.
