PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING I would like a website to have an American Feel to it. Patriotic look and feel to it. I have a attached a template to show the look and feel of what I am going for in this website. This middle grid of information I would like to alter and change periodically. So if it means I just upload a JPG of my Excel Spreadsheet, or if you create a Grid System where I can go into the back end and change the information that is fine with me. If you build a grid, then for me to change the information would have to be through Wordpress or I can always go into the notebook and alter the txt information to repost the page. If the website has to have a scroll bar down at the bottom to see all the information that's fine, no biggie. Though, when I upload the new information, the site should shift to fit the new spreadsheet that may contain more info. The template is pretty self explanatory and it's a one page website. Any feedback is appreciated.
