Automating WordPress blog with RSS feeds and widgets

The project is basically to get a WordPress theme and manipulated with RSS news feeds, widgets or plug-ins. For example, if you go to this website you can see what I'm talking about. ( [login to view URL]) The whole site is automatic is running with RSS news feeds in Spanish. Every time, a new Rss feed comes in, it would display in the correct category and it would go on top of the main page. The previous news would go on second and so on..... All the news from different categories would show in the main page when they come in. Also, in that specific category. When you click on any of news on the main page each entry have a category. This would take you, to the category and show you all the news for that category. I need to change the font color and size to something that I like. This would be standard for all the blog entries. And if an RSS comes with pictures I need to show the picture to the left or top, Etc... of the article. Just to make it look great.... Also, if I need to make manual entries this could be done in any category on the page. I have already several categories, that I want to use for the site and the RSS feeds. For Word Press they have tons of Widgets that would get RSS feeds and get displayed in any location on the page. The menu of the main page I want something like this ( [login to view URL] ). I like the font and it changes color to red with a line under the menu category ( Easy to do ). I need, this project be done as soon as possible.
