Apartment Searching Website Design

I need a website similar to [login to view URL], but for a local campus. The basics are: 1) I need an Administrative page where I can enter a password and then able enter details of apartments into a form that includes: # of bedrooms, # of bathrooms, price, and add pictures. 2) I want there to be a featured section, where 1-3 listings will always be at the top and that I can easily edit. 3) The user should be able to search the database based on # of bedrooms and price. The search results should show a picture on the left, and the details to the right of the picture (and hopefully be able to customize). 4) When a user clicks on the listing, I want it to go to a "Details page" where I can easily edit the information such as Amentities, Pets, etc. 5) I also want the addresses to be integrated with Google Maps. I will provide a template or layout that I want it to be in. I will also provide the color scheme and other details.
