Alter mistakes in current developed child theme .. align content

I have had a child theme already developed this is a theme for buddyboss which is a child of buddypress the alignments have gone strange and are not as PSD there are three pages need very little but very skilled work 1 align front page better, dots to be centralised and made bigger as per PSD 2 [login to view URL] page images in boxes to be same size and appear in lightbox [login to view URL] the our corner page the design illustration to the right stops, in the psd it goes beyond the central box area, the illustration needs to be as per PSD. this is an URGENT job, if you do not understand this or cannot do the work immediately please do not apply. if you feel this work cannot be done or this is beyond your skills please do not apply please take a full backup please do not mis allign the pages PSD's supplied to successful candidate only.
