Affiliate Website Design/ Marketing - repost

Hi, I need an affiliate website to be designed. Potential SEO and marketing after the design is done. I need the site website to be designed to be - Good, sleek looking with Fonts and Logos in proportion - According to modern web and CSS standards - Search engine friendly - Simple and understandable CSS - Fast loading The design is very simple (The aim of this site will be simplicity and high authenticity). I only need one page of the design, from there on I will be able to use it as a template for other pages, as I know HTML and CSS. I have a mock up image of the design direction I’m heading for, although a simple one. You can make improvements and proposals for a more authentic looking design, or keep it like the template. The target I’m looking for is a legitimate, professional as possible looking site (it is an affiliate site, but must look like it’s own entity). The design will be done on my server through FTP, in order to use the affiliate interface (code will be provided). Other website design specifications and requirements: Width of content: 800px Big text Calibri bold, normal text Calibri All browsers compatibility, mobile compatibility only for tablets required. Logos in JPG, small please Imaging: -Some logo manipulation might need to be done to get the right size. Should an Image not be supplied please use a cutout of the mockup. I can add proper logos later on. - The top logo as supplied in the zip file needs a .[login to view URL] suffix added, exactly as in the mockup images.
