Affiliate Network Solution

I am currently looking to open an online affiliate scheme site which needs similar functionality as [login to view URL] or Commission Junction where numerous merchants and affiliates can manage their affiliate programs. iDevAffiliate, Post Affiliate Pro and the other applications generally available have good features, but do not allow for the management of multiple merchants. The website look and feel templates will be provided, but the functionality needs to include all major functions from Affiliate Window such as: - Link cloning - Tracking - Easy integration into other 3rd party eCommerce solutions - Bulk product import/edit - Datafeed export (with username/password combination in URLs) or client specific products and categories. - Using Flash cookies - Commission structures - Uncluttered use interface - etc. ASP.Net with MS SQL preferred, but PHP with MySQL will also do.
