Adult Modeling and Video Site needed with CMS

I am looking to have a adult modeling web-site built with the following with similar design and functionality of [login to view URL] Main page (a) list of models (b) new photos (c) new videos (1) similar slide shot type navigation object which allows you to slide a bar left to right and see the clickable links to the videos (d) photo and videos ranked by popularity (e) Site list (f) Contact info (g) user feed back (h) section similar to femjoy Social with member comments, highest ranking videos and twitter feed Model profile page (a) photo gallery (b) video gallery (c) twitter account feed (d) facebook fan page link (1) I need this to integrate their facebook fan page so all the feeds from their facebook fan page gets copied on their model profile page (e) camera phone picture upload gallery (1) there needs to be a simple method for the the girls to upload their camera phone pictures (f) blog posts (g) an about me section (h) a section where the model can sell personal items such as clothing or misc items (i) sample video on top - Member profile page (a) basic member info w/ option to upload a profile picture - Model Sign Up page Some type of "like" system where we track their fan interaction and the higher the likes the more money we pay the models so we need to be able to track the traffic to each page and likes for each page item Link to a payment processing company such as CCBill CMS (content management system) admin page to manage the photos, videos, member profiles, and membership rates All pages need to be in template form so I can add more pages in a quick and simple manner Site must have a high level of security I need some logo design, not too much but a few basic designs. We are looking for a site with a similar look and feel of [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] This site needs to look and function with at a high level, needs to be secure, and easy to use and maintain This site can be built on which ever backend platform you'd like (Wordpress, joombla ect..) It needs to be easily updated and maintained. I will be doing most of the light maintenance but I will contract out some of the update work to the person I select for this project. We do not need mobile versions of the site but that could be a future project. Milestone payments 15% to start and a site page by page breakdown of what each page will have on it 20% once a basic site structure is created I will release milestone 1 and deposit milestone 2 15% once the basic site structure is tested then updated and signed off I will release milestone 2 and deposit milestone 3 15% once the necessary site logo's are designed and sent in photoshop form I will release milestone 3 and deposit milestone 4 15% once we upload content and test all features of the site we will release milestone 3 and deposit milestone 4 20% milestone 4 will not be release until 45 days after the web-site is loaded onto our servers, this is used for testing out any issues or bugs within the web. We'd also like to be trained lightly on how to update the site with new profile pages or simple design changes ect.. During this time if all goes well we will offer you the additional work which is integrating web-cam functionality into the site, it will be a separate project with separate payment.
