Adsense one page sites

I need a person exp in making a one page lander optimized for google adsense. I need the page built so the users that visit have only the choice of clicking google ad sense links. i have a page i can show you for an example of what i need done. I will want 5 pages made based on different high paying ad sense clicks. Like life insurance health insurance etc. This job is for 1 landing page website the rest will be awarded after successful execution of this one.
