Adsense based Website Generating $50+ Daily Wanted

I am looking for an English-speaking Wordpress developer with considerable Adsense experience to develop an Adsense based website generating at least $50 a day in income. Before bidding, please be able to show me examples of your work, screen shots of Adsense accounts that have generated considerable amounts of income on a daily bases, and be able to provide a paragraph or two about how you would accomplish this project. I will not reply to one sentence bids. This information must be included as it shows 1) you have experience with both SEO and Adsense, 2) You can read English, 3) you can write and communicate in English. The project will consist of the following phases: 1) Niche and keyword research, domain name search, and domain name registration (I will register suggested domain name). This needs to be completed with in 24 hours of project award. 2) Installation of Wordpress on my server, plugins, theme. To be completed with in 48 hours of project award. 3) Content creation. All content on website must be 100% unique, must have proper English spelling and grammar, and must be a minimum of 350 words per article. Content must be SEO optimized. A minimum of 30 articles will be required, but more articles may be needed to each ultimate goal of $50 per day in Adsense income. This phase to be completed within 5 days of award of project. 4) SEO implementation and generation of organic traffic. Traffic must be at least 90% from Google, Bing, or Yahoo and from organic listings. No paid traffic, auto bots, gray or black hat traffic, etc. You will need to implement a link building campaign to drive traffic to this site from organic listings in search. If you have no experience doing this, please DO NOT bid on project. This phase will be considered completed when goal of of $50 a day in Adsense income is reached. This should be completed with in 45 days of project being awarded. Will allow for more time if I see ample progress and a plan to complete project in place. To complete this project, the website must meet the following criteria: -Niche and keyword research provided -Any niche accepted except adult, gambling, violence, pharma, or any other niche's that would violate Adsense's current TOS -Domain name suggested (must be a .com/.net/.org domain) -Website must contain a minimum of 30 articles, more if needed to deliver on Adsense target of $50 a day -All content 100% original (will be verified in Copyscape), perfect spelling and grammar, and SEO optimized to drive traffic -WHITE HAT SEO marketing required! Will allow for automated linking tools to be used only if you have experience using them (Xrumer, SB, SENuke, etc). -Website must be based on most recent version of Wordpress -Must install all plugins, themes, and optimize for Adsense -Absolutely no autoblogs or copyrighted material -All to website and content will be assigned to me -Traffic must be 100% organic with 90% coming from Google, Bing, or Yahoo -Absolutely no paid traffic, fake traffic, bots, etc. -All clicks must be 100% valid. Click fraud will result in automatic dismissal and no money paid out. -The website must generate an average of $50 a day over a 15 day period. This will qualify for first milestone release of 1/3 of final bid. -Final 2/3 of bid will be released after Google has released payment and check has cleared for 7 days. -Will award 15% bonus for any amount earned over $1500 over a full calender month for FIRST MONTH ONLY -Website must use my Google Adsense and Analytics accounts. Updates and reports to be provided to you weekly or upon request, which ever is first. If you have ANY QUESTIONS, please ask BEFORE BIDDING! Project will be award on combination of price AND proposal. Again, no one sentence bids will be accepted. An once again, ALL TRAFFIC AND AD CLICKS MUST BE 100% WHITE HAT ONLY!
