Adsense Blog - Earning $5 a day

I am looking for an expert, who can create a blog for me, which generates atleast $5 per day with adsense. I already have adsense account ready. The blog must contain the following points:

- Any content except pharma, violence, gambling & adult

- Must be 100% within the Google Terms & Conditions

- Must be Adsense Optimized

- Traffic driven must be 100% white hat.

- Unique traffic.

- Should earn atleast $100 in 30 days.

- All Content MUST be original and SEO Optimized.

- All copyrights will be assigned to me in writing.

- Must contain related images to topic.

This is my first adsense project and I'm thinking to expand this business, if you do well I will be very much interested to work with you again in similar projects. I will release the milestone after I see constant income in my Adsense account for 1 month. If my adsense account get banned, you will not get paid.

Please let me know the following details:

- Tell me how you direct and increase traffic to the website.

- Show me the proof of income after 30 days of launching of website, day by day statics to be provided (Unique Visitor, Unique clicks, ad clicked, text-ads clicked)

- Show me some of your previous website/blogs that you already created (that must not be your own) and profitable .

Have to stress again website, traffic and ads clicks must be 100% within Adsense TERMS OF SERVICE. I cannot risk my Adsense account.
