Admin Design/Functionality Upgrade

Please see the attached screenshot for access to the main part of this job. I need to upgrade-modernize-our sporting prediction website admin. It is an admin where a customer can add daily picks, control website, content, and create packages for customers to purchase. Pretty much it is a simple admin that needs help, our competition has overrun us and our system is out dated and not very functional anymore. We want to add a facebook pick posting feature and other features that pretty much are there that need to be modified and upgraded other features that our competition has also that we are lacking. The look and design of the admin needs to be improved, also the security also. This would be an ideal task for a coder and or programmer that has some graphic skills also.
