Add sign up and login to joomla 1.5 based website

I have a website at [login to view URL] Right now if you click the logo it will take you into the inside of the site. What I would like: Remove ability to click the logo. Click the sign up button - A screen pops up asking for username, password, email, etc. A confirmation email is sent to the email address. When user verifies the confirmation an account is created for the user. I should be able to edit users easily. Click the log in button - User is asked to provide a username and password. If correct, then they are led to the inside of the site. If incorrect it displays an applicable error message. There should also be an option for "forgot username/password", where the username and password are sent to the email address on file. This is all based on a Joomla 1.5 template and I can provide all necessary files and access. I know there are several extensions and other tools available for this kind of setup, so I expect low bids for this portion of the project. This portion is a test project that will lead to further work for the right provider.
