Add credit to free member options to PHP script

I currently have a php script which transfers credits between members after successful member to member egopay transaction. I want an option for me (admin) to be able to add credits to another member without them having to make a purchase. so I will have a section "add credit to member" select the member and choose how many credits I wish to send to them.
