Add admin features and associated front-end to existing wordpress website

To the existing website [login to view URL] we need to add: The ability to enter and manage retailer profiles. This would require a field for the retailer name. The ability to add a logo. The ability to associate a URL. Then- For each product I need to have the option to check boxes that indicate each product's availability to consumers. (These labels would be viewable to admin only) Choices for this would be: Purchase online. - If purchase online is checked, then: The button to purchase would be available - this would function as currently functions on the site. Available at a retailer. If Available at retailer is checked then the logo for the associated retailers would be visible beneath the product description. There can be more than one. When a logo is clicked a new window would open and it would direct to the associated URL. If neither option is checked then the product should show up with only the images, price and description. There would be no other options to click. ADMIN OF THE AVAILABLE AT A RETAILER OPTION: When Available at Retailer option is checked, the retailer profile list should become available. Each retailer name should be check-able. If checked the retailer would associate with that product. ALSO, when a retailer is checked the URL associated with it in its profile should appear beneath its name. At this point I want the ability to over-ride this URL so that I can provide specific links for each product if necessary. Please see attached image for how this will look on the front end.
