AJAX-based interactive HTML form

Looking for a Web Developer who has expertise with PHP, MYSQL, HTML and AJAX. We will also need a graphic sample of the front-end by latest next week. PROJECT DETAILS: Brief The project is to collect adverts images from customers online and to display on POS (Point of Sale) devices at shops or super markets. Front End The front-end will basically only contain an interactive form powered by AJAX. We will also need that you provide a nice design for it as well. Logo will be supplied. Form Explanation Step 1 Will give two options to the visitors, either he/she already have an account and offer to him/her the option to sign in or if he/she is a new customer offer to him/her the option to register. Step 2 Once signed in or having been registered, gives the option to upload the advert image on the server. The size of the image should be 800 x 600. There should be a validation to validate the size of the image uploaded. Image file format should be .jpg only. Step 3 Present a selection of available regions where the advert can be displayed. Step 4 Based on the user selection above, present a selection of the cities associated with that region. Step 5 Based on the user selection above, present a selection of Super Markets or shops associated with those cities selected. Step 6 Based on the user selection above, present a selection of POS (Point of Sale) devices associated with those shops selected. Step 7 Selection of the advert term and show available days for booking. If any day was booked by another customer, day selection must be disabled. If the term selected is 1 Month, only 30 days can be selected by the customers. Once the term and days have been selected by the customer, show available slots for each selected day. Only 1 slot can be selected per day. The same process should be repeated for each selected POS devices. Step 8 Show Total Price which is based on the number of POS devices selected by the customer. The admin interface should allow the admin to modify the pricing at any time. Show Terms and Conditions acceptance and once accepted show available Payment Methods. Regarding Payment Methods, only Credit Card will be displayed to customers where a Credit Account hasn’t been enabled for the customer by the admin. The Credit Card option should be integrated with the bank API and once payment approved by the bank, book the dates for the customer. Back-end - The back-end should allow the admin to register new customers. - It should also allow the admin to screen adverts submitted by the customers. - The admin should be able to modify anything for any customer order from the admin panel. - It should offer to admin a way to change pricing. - It should offer to admin a way to add new regions, new cities, and new POS devices. Background process - Once an admin approve an advert, the advert image will be FTP to a local server. - The front-end form should be made in AJAX to reduce the amount of page load. If possible, everything on a single page.
